Exchanges and returns 🐾

At Beepaw Barcelona we want you to be 100% happy with your order (and your pup too 😍).
If you need to change a size or return a product, don't worry — we make it easy.

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request an exchange or a return.

💌 General conditions

For us to accept an exchange or return, the product must arrive:

• In its original packaging.

• Unused, unwashed, without stains and without dog hair.

If the item shows signs of use, dirt or any damage, we won't be able to exchange or refund it.

🌍 Exchanges and returns from outside Spain

Write to us through our contact form with your order number and we'll explain the steps for your country.

You have the same 30 days, and your refund is issued within 14 calendar days once we receive and check the item. Return shipping is paid by you (unless the product is faulty — then we cover it).

👉 Remember: the product must go back in its original box and, whenever possible, in the same packaging you received it in.

🇪🇸 Returns within Spain

Return collection or drop-off at a Correos office costs €5.95; we'll send you a return label. The first size exchange on orders to mainland Spain is free (except sale items, €5.95). One exchange per order, available for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

💔 Faulty product

If something didn't arrive as it should, tell us! 💛
Write to us through our contact form with your order number and photos of the faulty product.
We'll review your case and offer a replacement or full refund, covering all shipping costs.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
