Sizes
How do I know which size my dog needs?
With a soft tape measure, measure your dog's neck (where a collar sits) and the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. Compare both measurements with the size chart on each product or in our size guide. We recommend leaving 2-3 cm of room so they're comfortable.
What if my dog is between two sizes?
Check the neck and chest together: both measurements need to fit. If you're still unsure, email us their measurements and breed and we'll tell you which size will suit them best.
Which sizes do you offer?
- Adjustable harness: XS to L (some designs, such as Quilted Moka and Honey Stripes, from XXS).
- H harness: XS to L.
- Collar: XS to L.
- Lead: 152 cm long. Depending on the design, one size or M (2 cm wide, for small dogs) and L (2.5 cm, for medium dogs).
Our products
Which dogs are they for?
For small and medium dogs and calm, everyday walks. They are not no-pull harnesses and aren't designed for large or very strong dogs.
What's the difference between the adjustable harness and the H harness?
The adjustable harness adjusts at the neck and chest and is lined with breathable mesh. The H harness is lighter and leaves the shoulders free.
Where are they designed?
All our designs are created in Barcelona: corduroy, tweed, gingham, boho, teddy and quilted, with a matching collar, lead and poo bag holder.
How do I wash them?
In the washing machine on a delicate cycle, inside a laundry bag, then leave to air-dry.
A design is sold out. Will it come back?
Almost always, yes. On the product page you can leave your email under "Notify me" and we'll let you know as soon as your size is back.
Sets
What's included in a set?
A harness, collar and lead in the same design, and in most sets the poo bag holder too. Buying the set saves you around 20% compared with buying each piece separately.
Can I choose a different size for each piece?
Yes: you choose the harness size and the collar size separately, and the lead size too in designs that come in two sizes.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
We pack your order within 1 working day. Then:
- Portugal, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy and Germany: 3-5 working days to an InPost pick-up point.
- The UK and the rest of Europe: home delivery.
- Mainland Spain: 2-3 working days; Balearic Islands: 4-5 working days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs and free-delivery thresholds depend on your country and are shown at checkout before you pay. You'll find all the details in our shipping policy. UK orders may be subject to import charges on arrival.
How do I track my order?
As soon as it ships, we email you the tracking number and link.
Exchanges and returns
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Email us with your order number and we'll explain the steps for your country.
Who pays for return shipping?
For orders outside Spain, return shipping is paid by you. If an item arrives faulty, we'll replace it or refund you in full and cover all shipping costs.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving the item and checking it's in perfect condition. More details in our returns policy.
Payment
How can I pay?
By card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal. Payment is 100% secure.
